About Amanda
I've worked at almost every level of how a business makes money. Now I find the money in yours.
I'm not someone who opened a shop and decided to become a coach. I'm a commercial operator — retail, recruitment, corporate sales, marketing, leadership, ecommerce, a physical shop and a direct-selling team. I've hit the numbers, led the people, and made the expensive mistakes. That combination is what you're investing in.

The foundations
Shop floor at 15. Running an £850k store by 24. Then recruitment — selling something you can't hold, reading what people really need, handling the objection, closing the conversation.
The corporate years
Corporate sales and leadership at a global financial services company. Personally carried £20m+ annual targets at 120%+. Led a new-business team, then UK account managers with a combined £100m+ target. Coached sales teams on prospecting, conversations and performance, with a marketing secondment along the way. Twice nominated for Women in Sales recognition.
Building my own
Left corporate in 2022 and built an online and physical retail business past £100k in its first year. Then built a direct-selling organisation from scratch — 30+ people and £100k+ in team sales in its first 12 months, reaching senior leadership. All of it alongside becoming a mum.
